License File(s) are Emailed after Order Processing
After submitting your order, you will be emailed a License (.LIC) File(s) within 24 to 48 hours (usually within 6 to 12 hours) to be copied into the same folder that the Mind's Eye Report Engine OCX file has been installed and registered in. This file is used for development purposes only and will remove the Watermark from the ActiveX control. In Visual FoxPro, the MindsEyeReportPreviewForm Form Class needs to be branded with the LIC file in order to ship your distributable APP or EXE file and have the runtime application not display the Watermark. The Help File contains the steps to "brand" your copy of the MindsEyeReportPreviewForm Form Class.

Royalty Free Runtime License
The control can only be bundled in an End User application. In no way is the control to be resold to a developer. Also, the Development License LIC file is not to be shipped with the control. Each developer is required to purchase his or her own license for development purposes.

Annual Subscription Renewals
Annual Subscription Renewals provide 12 months of E-Mail Support and Product Updates and is included in the purchase price of New and Upgrade Licenses.
